We’re proud to offer insured and tracked shipping across the United Kingdom. To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and Yodel.

We will send 2 emails after you place your order. An order confirmation email once you order and a shipping confirmation email once we ship your package.

If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please make sure to check your Spam Folder first.

If you used your Phone Number instead of email at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

Make sure to contact our Customer Support with the email you want to add to your order so you can receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

In case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships.

In some cases, minimal address changes can be applied after the order ships.
